The Thalassotherapia complex also includes the Oxy polyclinic for baromedicine. The Terme Selce polyclinic successfully combines health and sport with a carefully thought-out medical programme that so far has treated more than 150 European, World and Olympic champions from around thirty different sports, including Ivica and Janica Kostelić, Luka Modrić, Ivan Rakitić, Tanja Poutiainen, and many others.
